it is clearly shown at each Chat start that the chat is recorded so I can read it and check if people reports are accurate or not.
If you read the previous posts, you'll see that I don't blindly ban everyone reported.
And if some people insult you, you're welcome to report them here (read the 1st post of this topic to do a useful report).

Match Time: 03.05.11, approx. 19:20

The first match he quit immediately after he lost the first point to 0:15.
I reconnected to him again and the he quit after the very first point he lost at 1:0.
Both times without any comment.
I dont mean to be picky but thats just annoying.

i think there is no problem in leaving

1st bans are quite short & are not meant to be shortened.
They go on forever for people not apologizing though.

But five day's is too much for me...u can't take off the ban today?...i'm soryy for what i've done...but i'm sure that i don't make that mistake twice...

You banned me for 3 months on my first occasion. And it was totally unjustified

you 1st got banned 2 weeks from the Forum, but you kept coming back posting so your ban was extended to 3 months. (and it was totally justified )

[I want to ask...that from my ban for 5 day's, why my player doesn't strike with 145 km/h...now max hit is 135km/h...my serve is same not the same...this is only a question...nothing more...i want to watch the player xyz...at the score 1-1... he started to whait to serve at maximum second's aloud... isn't fair ia haved to quit and i had a penalty of 35 point's...isn't the first time...because he know's that if the score is even...i lose point's and him win's...i haved quit because he is not serving normaly...i wanted to write him at chat he blocked the chat...it's anoing...pls watch that player...it's really anoing;)

ban doesn't change game settings ; you probably changed something by yourself and had forgotten about it.

This Schoorel guy... I don't know if this is abuse or cheating or whatever but I know it is annoying...
He contionously served from the sides of the court. It is kind of pathetic for a guy of his ELO. Just wanted to warn you guys. Peace.
