Hello,

with the latest 1.0d release, a new experimental system has been implemented to ban demo users and to record the in-game chat.

For now, I mainly want to ban users that insult other people.

To find them, I need you to report :
- your nick name (in the game)
- the abuser nick name
- the date & approximate time of the end of match (possibly, let me know your GMT spread)
- the score of the match

Important rule : don't insult back people who insulted you...

We'll start like this, and if it goes well, we'll see if you can do something about the people who always quit, and go in menus & don't come back anymore, etc...

EDIT: If you get banned, you'll get a "Online Account Verification Failed". Come in the topic and locate your ban announcement. At the end of the ban, you should apologize to the insulted opponent(s) and ask me to unban you.

Important Note : I repeat... For now, I just want to ban rude insulting people, not the quitters. So far, quitters lose some ELO & see their abandon rate rise, it should be enough.

great,thanks for youre effort,hopefully this will help not to expel unfair and rude players but to make them fair and polite that should be good prevention

- the date & approximate time of the match: November 25 2009, 17:40 GMT-3
- the score of the match: 5-1 30-0 for me and he retired, acussing me of lag cheating, swapping applications and having childish behaviour, of course I did neither of that, I just played good enough to break him twice and he started with that
he is a full version user, so I think it will be even easier to do something about him if it's needed

went bye bitch! and left. it was most amusing

Walpurgise-Rasoni 5-6 or 4-5 (im not sure)he retired same moment when i broked him around 22.40-22.55
I gave him second chance,and he did same thing,when we played first time he quit on my serve while ball was in the air on my match point...such guys really dont have place here

Novak Djokovic SRB got the privilege to be the 1st demo user to be ever banned from the online mode..!
A quick read of his chat log shown that he likes to insult a good bunch of people...
This is just a 7-day ban. After 7 days, I'll cancel it if he comes to apologize here.

As chumpmonk is a registered user, he got a special treatment. He actually accuses almost everyone of cheating, but I just sent him an email to ask him to stop to do that. Hopefully, it'll be enough...

About Maria Sharapova, there's no pattern of insult, but don't hesitate to report him again in the future if it gets more bad. (there are 2 different players named like this, so try to specify the time, it makes easier to locate the correct one)

No ban for early quitters for now.

so people stop talking he/she gave up and talk only about that they insulted you. If not shut up and go away.

Hi, I would like to report a user: bobo.
He entered the menu and stayed there for 25-30 secs after each ball in the first game on his serve, which I won. I asked him politely to try to play a bit faster and he sweared.
My user: Adimg.
Day/time: 21.12, aprox. 22:45 GMT+2 hour

I have had the luck to not play with this type of players before, but when it happens it really is annoying. Thanks.

And we got our 2nd winner : bobo . He insulted 3 different people, which well deserves a 7-day ban & some apologies...

it was 14:48 my time his elo 507 with around 60 games played
