actually I read this on that mentioned topic:

- serve power above 70% ; I won't give much details, but this needs to have a bit bad stats, so the advantage isn't big, and anyway, if your opponent's fastest serve in is faster than 208khm/129mph, u'll know about it (it's possible someone gets it without knowing it, just coz he wrongly set his skills) ; also, his serve skill in F5/F6 screen may be above 80% (which is the max in Fair Mode)...
That's why I said that you wrote above 208kmph is not possible to see in fair mode. Also about 80% as average service skill in player stats I suppose you wanted to write 90% as I see so often players with 90%, I asked you about that and you explained that actually 90% is maximum average for service ( example: (70 power + 100 const + 100 precision)/3=90).
I don't understand how it can happen to see above 208 even seldom, because as much as I understood from documentation max, service speed is as said there "mainly" depends of your service power, and it also depends of difference between service consistency and service power. In some other post I read you wrote:

From that I understood that maximal limit of service speed is defined by service power, and achieved service speed in match is calculated with some statistic expressions and depends of difference between service consistency and service power. But if upper limit of service speed is fixed then formula couldn't make result that is above that defined value. If it happens seldom I am just wandering how that is never happened to me in more hundreds of online matches played. I've never saw my service speed above 208kmph, and that 208 is also something that I can see rarely let's say once in 8-10 matches, usually my fastest service is between 200-206. With mentioned player in first game his service ware 209, 208, 210...hard to call that seldom...
Is it possible for you too see full player stats from some match played online, one that is set by player pre match and real that is used in match (in case that player had more than 780 point left or used more points than allowed in fair mode). After connection is established does application sends some data about players stats to some server or something like that ?
Another think that I am wandering about is about the algor. used in case when someone has more points used in character sheet than allowed in fair mode (less than 780 left), in what way applications deals with that, I suppose it reduces player's service power to 70% but after that how applications decides what of his characteristics will be lowered to force 780 points left? Reduces all characteristic in proportional way or something else ?
