I read all the topics, my router was fked so I couldn't open my port...However

After I did factory reset on router, and port forwarded it again, checked with PFChecker it said my port is open...However
http://prntscr.com/7rqnaq

I still get error in TE 2013 that my UDP port 4321 is not reachable... :( :(

So I dont know what to do now, as I opened my port

My firewall is turned off, I dont have any other firewalls, only Avast antivirus, which I also disabled in order to try to connect, but still can't do it...

I can join some online games in TE 2015, but not all...

Update:

I reenabled my Firewall, of course my Port stopped being reachable.

So I made new rules into Firewall to allow that port to work (both inbound and outbound), checked it with PF Checker after that, and now PF Checker says that my port 4321 is open and reachable again, altought my firewall is still working

Also game is allowed to pass through firewall...
http://prntscr.com/7rqso6

BUT...I still get UDF port 4321 not reachable error inside Tennis Elbow

I also tried moving game out of program files (x86) as there might be some restrictions there...but it also did not work

I'm really out of options now...everything works fine...but still can't get pass that error

Is it the TE port testing that fails ? Or only the ping test with some players ?
If the former, it could be a connection issue with managames.com 's server.
If the later, it might be some people who hosted without opening their port correctly.

Also, check with wf.msc that there are no bad rules for TE2013 (the basic firewall interface doesn't show everything).
And open all port in the firewall for TE, it's better.

Yea TE port testing fails when I try to host, and ping fails sometimes when I want to join

I did encounter some wierd thing thought. One program was telling me that my port is open, put online port checkers where saying that it is closed...so I was completley confused on what to do...

However, I did fix it last night, someone suggested before to use Skype port, which in my case was 8277. I tried it few days ago and it did not work. But also seems after I made factory reset on router, that some issues on router got fixed, as after that I even manage to open other ports (altought they again gave me udp port error), this one port 8277 got working without an error.

So I don't get an error anymore :) (for now)

You can add that somewhere in documenation as possible solution for people that experience it
