Unable to Host Games / Port forwarding

Hello Tennis-Fans,

I play the World Tour rightnow and i really like the Deep learning Curve. It's really a nice Game.
From Time to Time i'm really up to face a Online Opponent but i can't get a Game startet.
80% of the Time i'm getting kicked out of Rooms and i can't Host a Game since it tells me my internet is blocked.

I gave up to try finding Games so my only way is to fix the Port Forwarding to Host Games by my self.
The Problem here is , that i can't forward the Port because my Router won't accept the Changes (got a Thomson) I think the other Problem is , that i have WLAN and my IP isn't always the same.
I'm not really used to Router and it's probably to complicated for me to setup a fix IP.

Does anyone have a idea or Help ?

cya best regards Marc
