Mana Games

Hello everybody, I noticed that i've problems during online matches. When i have to return no problem, but when i am at the service there is a problem of syncronization (there is always a message about that). Firewall can cause this problem ?
I've already disactivateted antivirus (AVG).
Same problem both with players with demo and with full game

Can anyone help me ?

I tried to disactivate Firewall, antivirus and all applications running but the problem remains the same.
The strange thing is that this problem occurs only when i'm at service ( turtle icon and red X blink at the left corner of the screen ).
I have a full game unmodded updated with the last patch (f)

Maybe does the port of the router cause the problem ?
What port do I have to setting ?

this is a strange issue..!
If you can play, it means everything is set up correctly on the network/router/firewall/antivirus side.

Did it happen against different persons, or only 1 ? If the later, it might be because you played against someone who modded his game.
Could you select another serve and try again ?

It happened against different persons both with demo and with full game. I' don't know if they had modded or unmodded game.
Anyway, I maybe understood what the issue is caused from: a few days ago I downloaded some animations about services (e.g. Andreas Seppi service, McEnroe service and so on ) and installed into the game. If another online human player dont' have the same animation, that's why that strange issue occurs maybe...

I'll try to delete those animations and change service, and then I let you know as soon as possible

After removing downloaded service animations the issue doesn t occur anymore.
