How is this possible?? i was play [FAKE] Andy Murray and the score was 3/4 to him but i was 30-0 love in my service game
He retired and gained +5 ELO points and i was deducted -5 ELO points? How does this work???

I guess your opponent's ELO was much lower than yours, so the score was considered to be 4/4, but it still made you lose a bit of ELO.
