i Play Million times against sorana cirstea who alwazs was fair and good Player,sometimes he owned me sometimes i win him easy but there is always GG after match is finished and didnt never see that he give me bad Reputation...

So what does that have to do with him giving ME bad rep? I checked my rep right after the match with him, and i got a -7 bad rep

cause Reputation dont refresh after every match if you didnt notice..

Yes it does! you have to quit the game and launch it again, and your rep will be refreshed. it only works this way. if you don't restart the game you won't see any difference. you can test this with someone, tell him to give you good/bad rep after the match and the restart the game, you will see that your rep will be refreshed . this guy Sorana probably gave you bad rep too and you don't even know it...
Or in other case, you might play sorana and then you play other players too, and when you find out that your rep is different you will think it was someone else who gave you bad rep, but in reality it was Sorana Cirstea, the big lier. Just like you said, Sorana always says GG after the match, but he gives you bad rep after it,I saw it on my own
