i won match and got elo penalty. why?

You can lose elo even if you win, if it was against someone whose elo is much lower than yours.

there is no logic behind that

Why? It prevents people from building a high elo for themselves by only beating klub players. If you are a pro or master player, and a klub player pushes you to 7-5, you lose elo, because you should be able to win that easily if you are really that good.

im not saying i should get elo when winning amateurs. im just saying, how in the hell can i get MINUS when winning?

it should at least be a neutral change, that is no elo change if i win...
