I am a tennis elbow fanatic and very passionate about this game, i am playing this game for past 3 years but today i am very furious and put off from this game because of stupid rules regarding ELO.
I cant understand why i lost my ELO (playing online) not once but atleast 6 times this week.
There was massive lag today when i connected with a player, i just played one point and quit the game and the next thing i know is i lost 58 ELO points.
I cant digest this, why on earth i lost my ELO?
And this hasn't happened for the first time, i lost ELO due to lag 5 to 6 times, i was so close to 2000 ELO but now i am back in 1600 only because of this foolish rules regarding ELO.
It takes an individual dozens of games to increase his ELO and all of a sudden he looses it in a second due to pathetic lag thing and that too the lag is from his opponent side. I lost 300 plus ELO in 5-6 instances, you yourself tell me is this fair?
I am seriously put off from this game and dont want to play anymore.

Please identify and rectify this mistake as soon as possible and help me regarding gaining my ELO which i lost due to lag.
I dont feel like playing online anymore only because of this.

I hope you will look into this matter and help me out.

before to quit, ask your opponent to cancel your ELO penalty ; if there's lag, most of times he'll agree to do that, and you'll be fine.

Manutoo that isnt a satisfactory answer. I was hoping something better from you.

I know what you just said but still they dont agree on it.You should revise this penalty thing or atleast try to improve it.

Likely coz you closed the game from the top right X, instead of quitting from the in-game menu.

Come on that wasnt the case, i know how to guit a game. I did it from menu.
Anyway thankyou for your time, this is just what i can do. A silent protest(via this post) in this forum;
I know my ELO cant come back but atleast think of revising this thing only for the betterment of all players who are playing online.
