Any update on this manutoo How far is TE to reach Steam

TE2013 got nearly 4000 votes now, so it's still going up, but slowly... It's 80% of the number needed to be in Top 100, so it's getting closer, only 1000 more votes and it'll be there.
But Top 50 average is up to ~9000 votes, so to be sure to get Greenlit, TE might need to reach 6000 votes...

Voted too, I haven't been playing TE for a while but it's way better than most indie games. For example I bought the "hottest" game on steam, Divinity: Original Sin, for 40 EUR and after 80 hours of play I quit and never returned. For TE on the other hand.. I feel like playing it right now after almost a year off.

I had watch the comments on the site about TE, Im surprise that mayority didnt know, or never heard about TE
and alot of comments on sounds ... would be good if you can show them that game can be mod as they want.
Pep can get interesting if they see they can do some modifications

the ~50 first comments are mostly from people who got pushed TE in their face by the Greenlight review system. They're not especially interested by tennis games and probably cannot understand what makes TE special compared to all other tennis games.

TE2013 is #98 on Greenlight with 4256 votes !

But, hum, considering Steam doesn't mass greenlight anymore, it still misses 3 or 4'000 votes to get a chance to be greenlit...

you need to have paid something on Steam to be able to vote ; just having an account ain't enough...

Congrats manu, it should mean a lot for a developer to see your humble tennis game raise .

Anyway, I suggest you to create and start promoting Tennis Elbow 4 in Steam, because it will get a nice amount of votes (hopefully) between now and the date of its release... and then you will get an extra boost with the new customers... . I guess the same applies to Dungeon Breakers .

2 days ago, TE2013 was #80 in Greenlight, and this morning it's #65 (out of 1909 games in Greenlight) with 4279 votes..!

I think Steam greenlit about 20 games since TE was #98, but still that's a nice progression with very few votes (the in-game Steam button helped to get those ), so it means there's probably a bunch of games stuck around 4000-4500 votes like TE...
Thus it may need only 2000 votes to get a good chance to be greenlit...

actually, Steam sends people to vote mostly on new released games ; so it's better to wait till I have something impressive enough, else less people will vote "yes". For example, DG still has a basic GUI and not much sound FX, so a gameplay video now would make many people hesitate to vote for it... And for TE4, there's only TE2013 stuff to show, so it'd be not too good either...

Why not starting some low cost facebook ad campaign targeted on this, greenlighting TE, you have already 10k followers there, but maybe you can expect to get some more votes this way.
