I had tried with Chrome, but it didn't show anything ; so I just re-tried with IE, and actually there's a warning message telling you need to have at least 1 game in your account to vote.

I have a question: If I bought the TE key of TE2009, will be able to TE2013? or I have to bought the 3d courts upgrade becuz personally I don't like to play in 3d courts and in order to save money or not

TE2013 = TE2011 + Updated Tour Bases, so I won't ask registered TE2011 users to pay to get it...
But I might ask TE2009 users to update their License Key, though.

if you have TE2011 full verison you will get a free key for TE2013 and if you have TE2011 démo you will stay with the démo verision in TE2013
