I have been wondering in the game how to get an ace as I have been struggling with this. I know it's probably something simple but I haven't been able to pick it up yet..

just aim for the lines ; if you touch them and your service power is equal or above the CPU's speed, you'll ace him sometimes on normal surfaces, and often on fast ones.

When you say aim, there isn't an aim zone which you can move..

Also when I play against higher ranked players, I cannot get no winners. Some matches I get 15, others I get 1 or 0.

Aim is time based, so just learn the time needed to reach the lines. It can be hard at 1st, but it'll come with practice.

To do more winners, step inside the court when your opponent sends you a short ball.
