I only want to know if I can fix this, even a 100-ranked player don't fail a volley in the net (I'm playing at Incredible 1 difficulty) and it's almost imposible to pass.

there's no parameter you can edit about that.
But you can try to master the short acceleration, it's usually the best strike to pass the CPU at the net.
