I just saw the list of improvements. It is excellent. I think most of the problems I saw in the game have now gone away. Many good things like the efficiency of short balls, and many good little things like the stats of the rally, to see if we are best in short rallies or long rallies. It can help to understand our victories/défeats.

Thanks for this great update. And it is available during the French open : how good in marketing you are, Manutoo ! I precise I am french, so I can follow every match on my tv, but for 2 weeks a year only (and with this precision, I hope I will be excused for my english)

jenks10s,
doh, I actually didn't understand what you meant at 1st, I had read ur message too quickly... ':D
Ok, so it's normal, coz Aces & Service Winners are not counted for the Rally stats. Coz I consider that it's not really helpful to know that u're better off doing aces than 10+ long rallies...

Cyril D,
thanks for the praise..! :)

Well, I've actually counted the aces and df's and it doesn't add up with those included either.

jenks10s,
remove also the faults on return, as they're counted as service winners.

I think there is a problem in the amount of training time received.
I lost 1st round at the French Open, then the next event I played was Wimbledon, but only received 3 days of training between the two. :?:

chris_s_92589,
it means you had enough experience only for 3 days of training.

When having a heated rally at the net, volleying back and forth with my opponent(s), a message will come up. Unfortunately, I'm so deep into the volleys that I can't stop pressing the strike button long enough to read it. What does it say? I'm afraid if I stop hitting, I'll lose the point, and I certainly don't want to do that :)

SC Tom,
it's the message for Newbie to tell them to not release button before to actually strike the ball.
I'll remove it when volleying, as it surely can be confusing..!

Thanks for the clarification :)

Another thing I've noticed lately is in doubles, the person at net will sometimes reach out with the racquet to volley the ball back, but at the last moment, will move away from the ball, letting it go right by. It's not like it was close to going out; sometimes it's short and well in. I hadn't seen that in previous builds. I can send you a .dmo if you want next time it happens. I don't have one right now because I haven't set it up to save one, but I'll do that if you want.

Thanks!

Manutoo, tell me when finally dissapear these stupid desynchronizations in online game? It started exactly with new TE 1.0b version released. I think it distords our Tournament Tour, where EVERY point is important. It's really unfair, when I hit winner 10 times in a row and it's allways desynch and I can't win even 1 point... Do something with this, please...

SC Tom,
yup, send me .dmo if possible, it'll help me to figure out if it's normal or not.

Sabina Lisicki,
about 80% of matches have no or very few desynch. ~10% have around 1 Desync / game, and ~10% have more than than, up to 2 or 3 Desync / game.
So it's not a problem that everybody gets. It means if only 10% of people messed up the update with Mods, it would lead to that result.
But maybe there's another problem, that occurs also with clean install, but only in a specific state of the game.
If both of you & your opponent have a clean install but still get a lot of desynch, then it'd really help me to figure out what's going on if you could both send me .dmo of your online match (the same one), so I could check what went differently on the 2 computers.

Here's what I was talking about. This is a short match- after the first point (which is when the event happened), I went ahead and retired. I start from a save game and play it through, but thought you might like to see this.

SC Tom,
got a desync on the replay so the CPU never jumps...
But I thought of 1 case it could happen ; if the CPU jump & didn't strike the ball, and the ball already passed him by 1.5 meters, he'll move back into position instead of running to the ball (coz he couldn't play it anyway). Is it what happened ?
