0: Default; 1: Take Skills without any Change; 2: Norm on BestRank; 1990-2030 : Norm for that year (if available)

So what exactly does 1 mean? Is that basically the year doesn't matter and the skill will always be at its peak?
and Could you Elaborate on the other options?

1 means it'll take the Skills within the Players.ini without modifications. You should read the HowToMod to get a better idea about all of this.
2 => Skills will be set to BestRank
Year => Skills set to that year
Just try the different values & see the result ingame, it should be easier to get it...

One thing I've never seen before is when a strong passing shot is hit past a CPU player, he'll take a swing at it (even though the ball's against the back wall by now), and then start skittering backwards to the wall like a cockroach. Very amusing

Indeed. It's exactly the same thing as what happened before, when the players got lobbed and were supposed to run backwards to get the ball. They don't do it anymore on lobs, but do it on those passing-shots, even it's clear the passing is in.

I did a quick try in Warm-up mode, and didn't see any cockroach...

cockroach alert: 1/0 15/15, 30/15, 1/2 15/15, 2/3 15/0, 30/15, 3/3 15/0, 4/3 0/0, 15/15, 30/15, 40/15 ... rien que dans le premier set (attention, j'indique le score une fois que le point est joué). Je n'ai pas la toute dernière maj, c'est la build 68.

i agree slower balls are ridiculous on mispostioned hits...impossible to pass net players

you're not supposed to use B1 + misplacement to pass net players, but the short strike or the short acceleration...

Chennai Open is on blue-green cement, please fix that...

And please cancel slow balls

I think that when we hit a ball late it should fall shorter instead of on the baseline, its rather unrealistic that when you barely reach a ball you still get such a huge advantage of those deep balls.
