with the new build the game seems slow, even though the ping was around 55-60...

also my top spin has become really strange... it isn't the same as before - it either produces an unforced error or it is sooo very very slow, almost goes of the speed of slice shot, and doesn't do any damage but rather just goes straight back in the middle and very very slowly...

I can't open the game, it says "Missing, Wrong Version or Corrupted data, please re-install the game" (I did).
Also it said my key was invalid (maybe I shouldn't ask here), why?

edit: I had to uninstall the game, erase my key, install again and put my key back and now it works, but it's weird as I always just install over the game.
Also (I think it has nothing to do with the new build, but maybe it does), I had forward 4321 port but now it appears as closed :?

Love the shadows! The ball is so realistic now, making it hard to see when the sun is in your face. Great job! :applause:  :applause:

I've had the same with the topspin shot. It's fine on the first game, then it's like a short shot (b1+up) for the next two games, then back to normal for two games, and so on. It actually works fine with pressing just b1+down, but when I use the shortcut key (z in my case), it works like the short shot instead (depending on the set score).

Hello Manutoo, I have the same problem here too.
It seems like the top spin button is acting all weird. What I mean is that apparently, this only happens on the online playing. I think the bug goes something like this: On the first service game, the top spin button is working fine. Then for the next 2 games (switching sides), the button is suddenly changed to short strike or something. Then for the next 2 games (switching sides again), the button is suddenly changed back to top spins. And the cycle continues...

Well, I'm not the best at explaining things, but it happens that the shortcut key for top spins is really odd, while the original B1+down top spin key remains okay.

Anyways, thanks for listening.

Ok, the dedicated Topspin button is now fixed. You can now re-download the game or the patch (no change of SubBuild).

When I have service the camera puts itself so that it is centered on the right or left side (vice versa on which side I am serving). This doesn't change when I modify camera settings.

Also I had problems with the top spin without using the top spin button - it was very often (not always) just short. I will try it with the top spin button now.

Hi Manu,

The red bolded statement is good, I found that a few of my tricks don't work as well due to this, so perhaps it's more realistic. However, the black bolded statement is really rubbish and needs to be changed to what it was if we're going to keep having any fun in doubles matches :jap:

Also, I noticed you slightly tweaked the HUMAN volleys too - it doesn't make a big difference. Anyways, I would like to know what has been tweaked if possible as I am 100% sure it's not exactly the same :fear:

well, I feel the human volleys are slightly different...However, the random long volleys from partners that go about 3-5 metres long/wide need to go...It's really unnecessary to introduce further randomness into doubles, it was even a bit too random as it is, but now the partner will hit a random easy volley 3 metres out which is just unacceptable on important points - and is not fun at all
