Can mods delete this topic? The game is a piece of software, thus it evaluates whether a ball is in or out automatically If you sometimes think the ball is IN when called OUT, you should speak to Manutoo; but I didn't notice any such problems.

Why you say that!!?? It's my opinion nothing else!!! There sometimes happen that!!! But I kwno is the game is will be good that!!

That would be the most pointless feature ever. Actually I think it would cause much more harm than good, I can already imagine people using it before important points to throw off your concentration. lol I'm already annoyed by all menu visits etc. Just thinking about being forced to go through a pointless hawkeye video makes me annoyed. haha

Well guys, it's just an idea I guess..

And I don't think it is necessary for the moment, as we have for the moment a great game, with some updates, and a new version of the game is coming soon.
The thing we need now it's to have the 3D Court, certainly for Tennis Elbow 2010, then we will see for next, Tennis Elbow is not a perfect game you know.

i think that the hawk eye would be great, in my personal opion

Sometimes the shadow of the ball lands on the line when it's called out, it makes it look like it was in. But I guess it isn't.

I agree with Stajus. The game itself do that automatically and I think its doing its business in this category already. In fact having this additional feature will only make additional processing in CPU which can be use to other important purpose.

It's not the first thing to do, but I am agree, the referee should get wrong with its decision, and it would be great to have the Hawk-Eye.

I'm not sure about this. Obviously it would need random errors from the officials to be worth it, and while that's realistic it's not exactly fun. Of course, you could have Hawkeye in every court at every tournament, but that's even less realistic than not having it at all. If Hawkeye only existed in the show courts (not that there are different courts) in big tournaments, would you still have random bad calls in the games played in tournaments without it (or everywhere in world tour if you're playing before it was invented)? That'd be infuriating, and it'd be silly if there only errors when Hawkeye was available. I think having infallible linesmen is better.

In the current game, sometimes I think my shot was in when it gets called out, but when you check the replay and hit F2 to change camera side you can see it's just an illusion created by perspective. Calls are always correct in my experience; we should be able to take this for granted in a computer game, of course, but it's surprising how often big companies get this kind of thing wrong when they make sports games.

To be honest I think Hawkeye would be a fun inclusion to an already great game. But it would be much better if it was restricted to offline Career play rather than Online, if that's even possible. I think having incorrect officials is realistic, and I heavily enjoy realism in sports games - but there should be an option for those who don't like it to just have infallible linesmen.

I would totally support the idea. Look into the way Smash Court Tennis 3 incorporated it, they miss every 1/10 close calls or so and they give you the option to challenge and it's great fun! Just a suggestion for Manutoo to think about.
