Hello,

I am having a very strange issue when trying to host, I cannot host a game unless there are free games available to join, they dont have to available to me or have to be itst games even.

For example if when i go to join a game and there are no games available and then i try to host and im unreachable, ill then stick around the join game menu as soon as another player hosts(doesn't have to be reachable to me as mentioned) i refresh then go to host and everything is fine.

Its a weird issue and i would appreciate any help

Hello,

it means your router is set to automatically open the port when you try to ping the other host, and then it accepts all incoming connections on the previously used port, even if it's from another IP than the pinged host.

It is indeed a non-classic setting...

do you have any suggestions i could use to overcome this issue?

Configure your router to have the UDP port 4321 always open. Refer to its documentation to know how to achieve that.
