Wireless Xbox 360 controller

New to the forum and game, and what a great game it is. Can't believe I've only just found it!
Quick question, the game doesn't seem to recognise my Xbox 360 wireless controller. Other games play fine. Do I have to use a wired controller?
Also, is it possible to save a match halfway through? Sometimes I only get a short space of time to play and have to turn off mid-match.
Thanks for any help.

Hello,
1) normally, if Windows detects the controller, the game should see it too. However, it might have some issue with XInput drivers.
Could you change this line (or add it if it's not there), in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Tennis Elbow 2013\Tennis.ini" (or the .ini of your profile if you have created one) under [Game], from :
XInput = 0
to:
XInput = 1
Then save & launch the game.
It will use XInput instead of DirectInput for XInput Controllers (like the XBox 360 & one controllers) so it may solve your issue.
2) In Training Club & in World Tour, the match is automatically saved when you exit the game.

Thanks for the reply Manutoo, I'll give it a try. Good to know about the save games too.

Just to confirm your advice to change the Tennis.ini file to
XInput = 1
works for wireless controllers.
Thanks Manutoo
