I have mac OS X 10.5 and I have only the demo.
before buyng the full version,I would know the available shots and the relative keys on the board: for example smash lob top spin backspin...
I did'nt find out these.I have only tested right and left:is it so for demo ?

The smash is automatically done when u stand in the correct position (usually, around the service line).

anyway I have bought yesterday the full version! now I hav'nt yet received the activation code.

I say to myself :give up!
it's impossible for me controlling alt ctrl ecc.

Hello,

you mean you have problem to play because you need to look at the keys while you play ?

If so, just put 1 finger on Ctrl, and another finger on Alt, and never move them away, you should be fine. To do acceleration, press Ctrl+Alt at the same time.
If it's really too hard for you, you can try to play with the mouse...
