Different between Puncher and Varied?

Hello, I know that both Puncher and Varied are ''all-court playing style''. Can you tell me the difference between these two playing styles? My friends who bought this game told me that Varied is more like classic all-court playing style (like Sampras, Becker, etc.). Are they correct?

Thanks for your answer.

Hello,

the basic idea is :
- the powerbaseliner attacks from the baseline, and do winners from the baseline and only very rarely goes to the net
- the puncher attacks from the baseline, and do winners from the baseline, but will often go to the net when he takes advantage in the rally from his attacks
- the varied can attack and do winners from the baseline (although less effectively than the PB), but he'll also rush the net even when he didn't get a serious advantage in the rally (ie: after a slice instead of an attack), and he may serve & volley sometimes

Thank for the topic. So what's the playing style should I adjust for Federer in your opinion, Manutoo?

excellentennis99,
I put it to Varied.
It especially matches well his current "old veteran" style... :P
