New version appears to be much slower?

After long time I again started to play TE. I had version 1.0 d as latest one and it was great! But once I uninstall it and then install newest one 1.0 f game became kinda slow motion for me! Animations are much slower and when playing rally, ball goes slower too. At moments, it speeds up, but then again go slower, etc.
I do not know what do...I have in my downloads older download of TE (version 1.0 d) and when I installed it again, game again was normal to me. Anyone has similar experience? Is there any way to fix this?
