After few posts, one thing clearly appears : at high level it's too hard to make a winning pt and too easy to make an error when attacking

put him at 185cm, raise his sublevel a bit, set court to Clay and then post a new .dmo ! ;)

I guess the whole Tour hacked this challenge by now, dangerous Tour :fear:
But here's my updated opponent (Inc 3):

I played the same way, moonballing, net, short slice trolling
It seemed a little bit easier on clay than on green clay :P
I had a PB profile with solid net stats and 100 topspin as before

Why your player slide on several meters after serve when you run to the net ???????????

Never see a so strange behaviour....

maybe the inertia of the service motion is forward + I pressed up to move forward instantly right after serving= slide.
it happens on other surfaces too (just tried)

MarkChan,
well done!

Quasar,
asking for your style is just to know how you managed to beat the CPU.
According to your stats, it looks like you were still aggressive enough ; I wonder if you'll be able to keep a similar style against IC-2 or 3.

Heinrich von Westphalen,
what settings would you like for the 2nd Challenge ?

Stajus,
good as well ! :)

A more balanced surface (blue-green cement / cement / newline) and a player like I attached.

Kind regards,
Heinrich von Westphalen.

Here my demo with Gael Ladal (Incredible 10 level) and correct settings.
I won 6-0 with defender (99% spin). I will post later my player and match stats and also would be nice to have discussion about this.

i think i played better this time, a little more agressive
i'm confident for ic-3...ever 20% topspin and varied style ;)

Nice net rushing, Maryano :fear:

Forgot to post 6/0 with Inc 5 (attached)...It becomes boring and pointless though. Same settings as before (moonballer with net ). I guess it's the only way to play with Inc 10 as well (not going to bother since Maryan crushed him :applause: ) :P

I managed to beat Inc 5 using 0 spin sometimes, but not regularly since my movement/reflexes suck with the 2014 inertia due to my old habits of movement. Much easier by moonballing of course  Now I understand how Nadalesque got his style for the online Tour :fear:

I was very pleased to be back in the forum :P and see this type of challenge that I really like, so I tried too.

It was a pleasure to replay again in IC mode (since TE11).

I tried first IC-1 whom I beat after 3 attempts.

About the strategy that I have adopted, it is very classic, it is to wait that the opponent gets tired and starts making unforced errors(the old school). It doesn't need a great talent but just patience and a good reflexe.I've also configured my player with as power baseliner(which is completely in the opposite of my personal style  ,because in my world tour i play as a polyvalant player by varying my game), to hold the level with my opponent, but the only problem is that at a time it gets boring, with exchanges of 85 shots or more (this is the style of play that I do not like thats why in my personal world tour I play Master-9).

I also did a 5th attempt, which I beat the CPU again, with almost the same way.

In the same occasion I wanted to thank Manutoo for this wonderful idea  , and I wanted to say to MarkChan that i was really impressed with his game at the net, that I loved.

I look forward to the next challenge especially on hard courts.

hamzafederer,
well done !
Yup, we'll have at least another Challenge on BG-Cement vs a PowerBaseliner CPU. I'll likely start it on November 1st.
