So i am just curious about how players evolving on the tour. Are they getting better based on their results over the tour, is it programmed to evolve for each one of them, or is it random? How about the past years, if i start my career on 2004 for example the evolution of the players would match the real one in 2014? And what about if i start my career in 2012 so we dont know how the real players are evolving for example in 2015?

players' skills change at every year start according the rank they're supposed to reach on that year. These ranks are predefined for all years in the game. Exact rank reach will be slightly random as it depends of the results of everybody on that year.
