i think there is a pb with net on serve

Look at this dmo:


i have usually more than 10 nets on serve per set. Isn't it too much ? In this dmo, 3 in a row... i have other demos like this

each serve has ~5% chance to touch the net. In a normal set where you serve 5 times (for a 6/4 scores), with an average of 6 points per game, and 60% 1st serves in, that'd give you about 42 serves, and thus ~2 nets / set. But it's an average, it can be 0 or 10 sometimes. If you have more points per game or/and less 1set serves in, then you'll do more serves and thus will have more nets.
When I tuned the net bounce, I did 10 or 20 serve games without a single net on serve, and same for the CPU...

but i have an average of 8/10 per set ...

Whatever, i give up this game. I can't enjoy a game with 2/3 times more errors than winning pts (in Elite / online world tour).

I think you need to chill out testo. You just seem to constantly criticise this game ALL the time.

This game has the some of the best gameplay for a sports game ever made. And it was done with a budget and resources that wouldn't even register as a blip on the radar compared to the big game developers like EA Sports.

If you don't like it, well maybe it would be worthwhile if you spent you spent all ypur time bagging it on trying to do a better job

I said : i can't enjoy in Elite control/Wolrd tour cause i make too much errors / winning pts (positioning tolerance), that's all.

But i'm agree, it's the best tennis video game ever and i spent too much time on this game and i have not the level for the online tour...

another time ... with almost 20 nets in a game ... so realistic ...

one day the developer will remove this fu...g bug ? 15 to 20 nets (mostly on center) per set, is it normal ?

There's nothing wrong with it. No bugs!

What do you mean by "net on serve"? Is it the "let" call by the umpire, when the serve hits the net and the ball falls into the serve zone?
If that's what you mean, I agree "let" happens much more often than it should, but almost 20 lets in a single game I never saw it. I believe it happens around 8 to 10 times in a set (maybe 15 to 20 in long sets), when I think 3 to 5 times in a set would be enough to be more realistic. It's annoying, I agree, I curse the player everytime he does it lol, but not enough to make all this fuss about it. But that's just my opinion
