Just got 4 netcords in a set, can't tell whether that's a normal amount or not but can say one of them, off a slice, went straight out which I found weird. Unfortunately didn't record.

About new version.... i think its better than old one as powerless balls effect on moving accelerations and spin buutons were modified .... but there is one deadly bug in game which i will illustrate in next comment in details

Listen manutoo... whenever someone receives with bad positioning and standing on baseline nearly .. usually he receives too short ball barely passing net and if any volleyer is on volley... 90% he will make an error and 10% he can make quick accurate movement and return the volley as powerless one avoiding errors..... but now in new version... even those 10 % is turned to errors when u decided to make powerless volleys as errors....
And all of this just because a player among 1000 on tour named heinrich cried for this ability on net and considered it bug... while he never talked about those kind of receives he alwaya make.... and u happily neglected rest 999 players on tour and changed this ability for sake of one player..... I consider this as disrespect to us Sir..... if i want to volley vs heinrich or any player receiving as him... what should i do???? Normal volley = error... powerless = error.. going step backward and slicing = error... is that fair???
Remember thats applied on all courts not only clay... so imagine such pathetic volley abilities in wimbledon....
Sorry but either u get back powerless ertorless volleys ir delete such receives... i prefer 1st option

LethalPlay,
see that with the Mod author in the Mod forum.

Stajus,
I checked and yup, the safe shot is probably 1 or 2 meters too long in some cases ; fortunately, it's still very far of having the efficiency of the topspin..! I'll fix that in next Build.

Maryanucci,
what's wrong with energy ?

The Joker,
oops, I forgot to write the changes about it, so I just added that :
- Gameplay : Safe shot on half volleys is now longer & slower, thus it's easier to make a passing shot out of it

Thus, there's no change in success chance, it's still same that before ; the only difference is that it produces a less annoying ball for your opponent.

No Manutoo...as Markizo said, we volleyers are doing more errors now even on safe shot or using b2 is also waste...too many going down at net

Generally, I think this is a very good update.

TE2013 v1.0d Build 107 - SubBuild 2014.5.24

Hello Manutoo,
after a few sets with Voja (on Build 107 / SubBuild 2014.5.24) both of us have the impression that changes seems approach closer to an almost balanced version although (the old vexed topic) topspin maximum is still too high (I guess 50 is enough which is even more than Nadals spin), at least in (realistic) tournament mode. Short slices becomes finally a defensive nature, safe shots aren't a weapon anymore (but like Stajus said, too deep if it's used from baseline) and net clearance / net cord is much fairer for both sides. In general, version feels a bit slower which is probably just a subjective perception. Futhermore I would like to say thanks to Modders who give us player a lot more opportunities to customize our player.

In summary, good job at all, who worked on this build.

Kind regards,
Psevdónymos.

Manutoo, there is no safe shot for volley anymore...why? slice volley nor safe "no hit" volley nothing is working fine. All my opponents do is hit as many powerful shots(just banging hard no-skill players)as possible to get an error from me at net. Also its not i am doing errors by playing bad....its just bad game build where i can't volley over the net lol..........All my volleys go crashing into net. This is ridiculous for volley. The volleyers can better quit this game now for good... its only getting worse for us for every build.......plz look at it...Wimbledon is one tournament where we need volleyers to do some business but it looks like they have no chance at Wimbledon  :annoyed:

Strange, i found this build better to volley ... Since i play with this release i run more often to the net and do less errors...

But it's true that the speed decrease of shot while running is a little bit exagerated ! Whatever, i find this build really more realistic than previous

Just played some sets yesterday and i have some comments, lets start by singles:

- As Stajus mentioned, safe shots on baseline are too effective, as they go high and deep not giving the opponent the chance to attack with powerful shots, you can check these points in the 2nd .dmo provided:
1/0* 40/30
*2/0 30/15
*2/0 30/30
*3/1 15/40
4/3* 0/0
If it happens that frequent on 117-133 delay then i can't imagine what would happen on 200+ delays

- I see that you tuned the safe volleys, and as we aim for a balanced game , i have to say that it is not balanced now as you tuned the safe volleys and left the random returns that goes under my feet and short angles with body...I'll just quote your words :
Manutoo wrote:Nadi madi,
it's supposed to be like that : it's the last resort shot when there's no time to prepare a more difficult one ; but it's rather slow, so it's not that good either.

Again, and safe volleys are the last resort when you can't prepare for a b1 or b2 shot, and actually slow and low balls are the most annoying shots for a volleyer to deal with , but now most of safe volleys go high and in the middle or you just hit an error, so as The Joker said, tune the short angles with body and random short returns (without aiming for a short one) or give us the old safe volley, for more clarification you can check these points in the 1st .dmo:
2/2* 40/15
4/4* 15/15

and in the 2nd .dmo you can see short angles with body in the following points (whether both at baseline or one of us at net) :

*0/0 0/0
*0/0 40/15
1/0* 40/30
*2/0 30/40

and a lot more but i stopped at this point, i didn't find enough random returns as i didn't S&V in these sets so i will post another .dmo later.

For Doubles.

It is much much better than before, with an acceptable number of errors from partners, but as Stajus mentioned also the net cord physics is too weird , as sometimes the ball bounces too high after touching the net which is too hard for the volleyer to control his next shot as it ends up by hitting a b1 or b1+b2 error.

The counter of shots (online / player stats) is buggy.

Manutoo did you actually play a set against a player who uses a lot of top spin before releasing this update? I dont think you did. Because had you played a set like that, you wouldnt have released this version in which there is nothing to do against players with top spin... impossible to beat  PLEASE BRING BACK TE 1.0c..... best version..make a poll for it
