My mum used her paypal account to get the game, but we just found out that she can only get on her email from her laptop. Because of this, I can't get the game on my laptop and the money is wasted. What do I do?

if you really can't log on to your mum's mailbox from ur PC, ur mum still can forward the license key email from her mailbox to your email address. (look for a "Forward" or "Redirect" button in her webmail).
