Manutoo... I'd like to know if you received the Sampras serve video and the Federer backhand video that I emailed to you a couple days ago. I'm not sure if they went through or not. Please let me know if you got them and whether or not they may prove helpful.

The links are as follows; http://tennis.com/yourgame/instructiona ... ?id=109012 for Sampras and the same for Federer except the numbers are 117722. Notice how during preparation Federer takes a longer crossover step with his right leg, stays relatively low and sideways 'till just prior to contact and has a higher takeback/backswing producing a more fluid loop throughout the stroke....similar to your sprite's forehand swing. If I can find some videos of Fed's backhand from the back view I will send them :)

Manu, if you try downloading the following website..www.tennis.com and looked for these 2 articles under instruction... The One-Handed Backhand: Myths and Models and The Sampras Serve: the Heaviest and the Greatest...YOU might be successful. It is a FREE website from Tennis Magazine here in the U.S. and quite informative. I just viewed the articles... maybe the links are discontinued
