Exit to Main Menu in games of World Tour?

How can I save and exit to Main Menu instead of exit to windows or give up the game in World Tour? I can't find a way to do it.

Hello,
with TE2013, click on "Give Up -> Continue Later".

I have found a bug. When you select Continue Later and then exit to Windows, and next time you enter the game, one of the two player will automatically give up the game

The bug happens in World Tour. Training Club is fine.

There is no new version notification in the game. But I redownloaded and reinstall the game, it seems the bug disappeared. Anyway, thank you very much.
