Wrongly considered Errors as UE

Why is considered error from the return shot (means very first shot of the rally) as an UE its also wrongly entered to UE statistics.
In real tennis statistics any error from return is not considered as UE but as FORCED errors which is completely different statistic (which is actually not in TE games ). If this was in a real tennis statistics then Nadal in all matches would have horrible UE statistics like 1 winner to 10 UE.
Question: is it somehow changeable ?

It took us a while to convince Manu that shots that you touch with your racquet cannot be counted as winners

pidzi,
there's only "Errors" counted, there's no UE/FE in TE coz it's quite hard to tell them apart.

Yeah i see Manu, but while is the engines of the TE games very open, im still convinced that it could be possible to make return shots which ended up as errors to not count to Statistics what do you think ?

I won't make disappear anything from the stats ; I like to have stats that when you add everything, it stays coherent (ie: my winners + my aces + my opponent errors + my opponent double faults = my point wons).

I think return errors are sometimes counted as "service winners", too.

yup, if the ball goes on the side or behind, it's seen as a winner. It's an error when it goes into the net or too wide or long.
