Got this message: "You can only recruit one every 4 weeks, and you recruited your last player 4 weeks ago".

I think that either you should be able to recruit four weeks later, or it should say one every 5 weeks if that's what it is supposed to be.

I just fixed it to display "every 5 weeks".
