Is there any possible way start your tennis career earlier, like at 16 years old or even 15... How can we change the starting age of my player?

nope, it's not possible... At this age, players usually do junior tour, so it'd mean to add a big bunch of things...

Actually they aren't now allowed to go pro till they are 16 in WTA, and even then they are only allowed to play a very restricted number of tournaments per year (something like 7)

In ATP - it is extremely rare that someone makes it onto the tour before they are 18 - the only recent examples would be Gasquet and Nadal.

Nicole Vaidisova started playing challengers when she was 14 years old and she was really good at that age

so start the game at 14 and retire at whenever the player wants to is great idea
