Windows is giving eroors when I run the game and closes it.
Any idea what can cause this?

if the game crashes just on start, it means it's probably an error with your video card.
Try to install the latest drivers for it, and update DirectX as well.

If it crashes after, please give more details.

It crahes during the game. Mostly during a match.
Some times after a few minutes, sometimes it takes a few hours.

1- do you know what is your version ? when did you download it ?

2- When there's a crash, you always send the report to Managames.com ? (the game should propose you this when you're connected to Internet)

3- after the crash, if you load you last automatically weekly saved game, does it crash again at the same moment ? or you can go on for a while without problem ?

I downloaded the game about two weeks ago.

I didn't send an error report, because I only get a Microsoft pop-up.

When I load the saved game I can continue without having the error at the same moment.

I think it is a configuration matter, but don't know which one.

humm, maybe TEM cannot detect that you're connected to Internet...

Actually, it seems there are a few random bugs in TEM, and they are quite hard to find, coz when you start the game again, they don't happen again at the same moment... But I'm doing my best to find them, and hopefully, with the time, I locate all of them..!

Could you send me your "System.log" file next time you have a crash ? So I'll have a look at why it's not sent automatically, and why it crashed...

The game is chashing all the time, it is really annoying.
For me a reason not to play anymore.

I'm sorry for these crashes, but if you don't send me your "System.log" file after a crash, it's not easy for me to know what's happening on ur PC ...

I am sending error reports all the time, do you still nedd the system.log?

humm, that's strange, I never received any of your System.log (at least, not since last June 9th, I didn't save previous ones). Maybe your firewall stops TEM to send the file ..?

Anyway, could you manually email it to me next time you have a trouble ?
And at the same time, send me your saved games as well, I guess you meet some bugs because you have many players in single & double at the same time, so I should test this situation, and it's more easy if I already have your game to do so...
