I've been not able to test Alpha 2, but I want to know if you were able to do something about this (I quoted my reply from Alpha 1 post):

Something I think you should add is the possibility to handel CPU players tour. I mean, at tennis elbow, there are some players schedule that doesn't follow the logic. Gaudio play some Grass tournaments, or during Buenos Aires ATP some of the Argentinean players choose to play Marsaille, etc.

So I think that it will be good if we can manage each player tour, or at least be able to put some fixed tournaments for specific players, as well as manage some WC's (for example, be able to have Del Potro playing Buenos Aires, despite his rank is not high enough to commit there).

@lucho & all:
sorry, the Manager development almost didn't advance lately... :(
I think the beta won't be for Christmas... Probably for beginning of January, though.

@NyGeL:
I thought I already answered u, but actually, i did a very short answer... :)
Ok, so I changed a bit, and now, not too good ranked players choose the tournament with the surface that fits the most their play style.
Good ranked players will still prefer big tournament.
It's not possible to fine edit the tournament selection of CPU players, because every year, it should be different, depending of their ranking: TEM will simulate the raising & the falling of the CPU players over the years...

I think editing the CPU's schedule each year should be an option, not only for this game, but for Tennis Elbow as well. I think it would be a HUGE bonus. Since most people get this game because it is so customizable, that would just further improve the amazing capabilities of Tennis Elbow. Of course it would be an option, but please, please consider it. It owuld be really incredible.

if you really have the motivation to edit a player schedule for every year, I'll see what I could do, once other things will be finished...

No beta before 3 or 4 weeks, I'm working very slowly now... :(

Here a little screenshot for the road :

Hey, just like to say i love this game, been waiting for a tennis manager game for a while.

Just a few suggestions:
* You said that you could now employ tactics, would that be before the match, or could the player request to see you in the middle of the match for some help?
* I think someone has said this already, but a news report of the week would be quite useful so you know what's happened on the main tour.
* Is it possible to request wild cards at all? Ive had a few mainly because I'm still in the tournament the week before, but was wondering if it's possible say if your british to get a wild card into wimbledon main draw?
* How much does experience and stress affect the match? My stress usually doesnt go very high, but it would be interesting that say if you had a big lead against a big name, and your experience wasnt very high that you'd begin to play worse. Or if you lost a large lead in a match, that could somehow affect you for a while afterwards

@Jippo :
- tactics : can be set only before the match, as normally, the coach cannot talk with his player during a match
- wild card : cannot request some now, but I'll see what i can do
- experience has no effect on the match, it's just used to train mental skills
- stress is a bit special indicator, but mainly, the more stress is high, the less good you are playing; I'll add some few rules to it, to give some stress in important matches

@chierre :
thanks :)

@NyGeL :
Full version is still not there (nor Beta). Thanks to be patient, I'll post here as soon as something new will arrive !

Hi Manutoo!

I know TEM is not ready yet, but I was wondering how far along is it?
Do you have any estimation for a release date?

Hope you are great.

Hello,

I hope it'll be done for February, but I'm not sure as I have trouble to quantify the time needed to do the many little things left to be done.

@mabopu55 :
It's an alpha version without the possibility to save your game.
It'll be only possible to save it in the full paid version...

@NyGeL :
It's going on, it's going on, be patient..! ;-)

A question for you:
Will TEM have the new round-robin format for ATP tournaments? :)

Sorry if it has been asked before...
