Problem with calender

I have a problem when picking tournaments to play in. It'll let me do it for about 10 seconds then all of a sudden it'll just scroll throught the weeks at a very fast rate. No keys were stuck on the keyboard. I'm using Windows 7 if that makes any difference.

Hello,
if you have a gamepad, a joystick, or any other kind of similar device, try to unplug it.
If you have a trackpad, or a problematic mousewheel, locate in "C:\Program Files\Tennis Elbow Manager\Tennis.Ini", under [Menu] :
WheelAxeMode = -1
and change it to :
WheelAxeMode = 0
