Hi, I saw where back in October '07 it was said that starting age could not be edited. Is that still true? I'd really like to start players at younger ages.

no, it's still not possible to change age. It'd make sense if there was a Junior Tour, but there's no plan for that for the moment...

You can change the age in a small way by changing the player's birthdate. I usually set her birthdate to late in December, making her nearly a year younger.
