I know the chameleon category says "Lower the negative effect when changing your playing style during a match" but if my player plays "power baseline" and is going up against a volleyer, does that mean my player will try to volley more often??? I'm just not exactly sure what this category means, and how important it is

Chameleon is only useful when you change your play style before to start a match. To do so, click on your play style on top left of the match screen. When u do so, u'll see the handicap u get from changing your play style. This handicap is lower when u have the chameleon talent.
