Bank wire transfer

Postby Del Potro » 28 Jun 2009, 15:37

Your game is great and I really want to buy it, but I don't have credit card. I saw that it's possible to buy the game using Bank Wire transfer. Could you explain me what does it mean? Btw, I live in Croatia. Thanks!

Hello,

a bank wire transfer is done at ur bank office, or with online banking. See with ur banker for the exact procedure. But being in Croatia, it might be hard to send a wire transfer to another country.
Use the "Request account references" button in the order form to get more info.

The game costs 19 €. Can I send you a 19 € check?

Hello,

you can't send a check, coz it'd cost me way too much to cash it (likely around 15€, if it's even possible to do it).

But you can send an international postal order (it's not a postal check) from your local post office. To do so, fill & print this form :
https://www.managames.com/tennismanager/ ... er_en.html
Then, you give money at your post office, and my postman will hand me this money. This is safe, but usually slow when coming from another country (count around 3 weeks). It should cost around 5 Euros.
If International Postal Order doesn't exist in your country, you can also send a bank note in a registered letter (*). This is illegal, so if the customs check the letter, they could confiscate it ; but for small amounts, I guess they don't care. So far, for the few customers who paid like this, it always worked.

(*) Registered letter = pay a little extra to have insurance the letter will arrive at destination .
