raise your consistency skills... It also depends of your opponent, if he's a defender and doesn't do winner to win the points, then it means he wins from your unforced errors.

Is that groundstroke consistency, or consistency in the mental skills?

Is there any way to prevent the opponent way?

it's the ground stroke consistency.
You can't really prevent ur opponent to play his style, except if u totally out class him...
