I would like to buy the game, but I don't have a credit card. There is this new payment method, mpay (basically, you have a bank account but you pay with your cellphone), so I was wondering if you support it. Btw, I live in Croatia, if that matters.

no sorry, I don't support this form of payment.
Hopefully, someday Paypal will support bank payment from Croatia, though.

Also, you can pay by international postal order. This is safe, but usually slow when coming from another country (count around 3 weeks).
If International Postal Order doesn't exist in your country, you can also send a bank note in a registered letter (*). This is illegal, so if the customs check the letter, they could confiscate it ; but for small amounts, I guess they don't care. So far, for the few customers who paid like this, it always worked.

(*) Registered letter = pay a little extra to have insurance the letter will arrive at destination .
