Hi. I have problem with my mouse. It is very slow so this problem is very embarassing for me. Have you any problem with this ? I would be grateful if help me with this.

download latest version, it has been fixed long time ago.

I've tried with v1.0j but I still have the mouse's speed problem.
My system is Windows 8 64 bits

I checked again, and actually, the mouse sensibility wasn't applied on game load, only when you changed it in the menus. I just updated the game to fix that, so you can re-dl it.
If it doesn't fix your problem, try to raise MouseSensibility under [Controller] in Tennis.ini (or the .ini of your profile if you had created one), then launch the game. Maximum value is 30.
You play in fullscreen, right ? If in windowed mode, then mouse sensibility should be handled by Windows.

Unfortunally it continous the same. In either mode (windowed or full screen) it continues with the problem.
When I change the mouse sensibility, the mouse moves faster, but it is not a smooth moving. The mouse jumps from one place to other.

ooops, I had forgotten to answer that message..!
So if you still have issue with the cursor, then the problem is likely with your game framerate, not with the mouse. In that case, install the correct drivers for your 3D GPU/IGP, and/or check that 3D acceleration is not disabled on your PC.
