I have a player who is desperate to get into low Challenger tournaments, but she keeps receiving the message that her ranking is too low to qualify for the qualifying tournaments. Her ranking is in the high 400 range. Meanwhile, the players who pass through these qualifying tournaments to play in the low Challengers have rankings in the 600-850 range.

Why is my 475 not good enough, but their 850 is good enough?

if it's the message you got from the planning, then it's only a warning, not a sure fact (there's "probably" at start), so on weeks with many Challengers, it's pretty safe to still register...

In the upcoming update, I'll add a screen letting you choose the other available qualifications, if you failed to enter the one you chosen at 1st..!

And you were right. I picked a week near the end of the year when there were five or six Challengers, received that 'probably' message, and got in anyway. (Number one seed in the qualifier.)
