Due to my experience at
Arcade Classic 2014 I'd say it would be technically quite unbalanced to have a whole tour with this setup. It's a lot of fun to play in free mode until both players are used to stay at baseline. If your opponent is at net it's neither possible to pass / lob nor to catch a smash, especially on slower surfaces. One or two tournaments (without any points) a year offside the current tour settings are advisable, but not as part of a tour.
