if he's in the menus, you shouldn't lose points...
Give up is not counted when your opponent :
- paused the game
- in the menus
- swapped to another application

And you probably lost many ELO points because you gave up a normal match (I added a 5% penalty for such case).

but if i see that i will lose and give up before match end i will lose my ELO( 90p like 2times)

yup, you can't give up anymore without ELO penalty now...
I did this coz too many people were giving up. So with the new version, it should be better (in 1 week or a bit more, everybody will have to download the latest version with the new rules)

now i lead in one match i had 1/0 and my opponent give up, why i dont gain ELO ? +0 to me and for my opponent... thats not really fair....

Because :
1- 1/0 is not significant enough to calculate the ELO points.
2- Give up isn't counted on first couple games, it allows to give up when you see you have ping trouble with your opponent and prefer to not play with him... (or if you joined the wrong game, or mistake like this)

ok now i little experimented.... :

1) i lead 2/0 and opponent give up, i dont gain ELO ! why ?

2)i start game, result was 0/0 (0/0) i gived up but my ELO decreased by 9 and opponent gain 9points!

if i give up, than i lose points, but wenn my opponent give up he dont lose points and i dont gain ELO ?

your ELO didn't change, wrong display again, and thanks to let me know, I'll correct it !
(you can go to check ur ELO after leaving the End of Match screen, in the Network menu... the ELO shown in the End of Match screen is the ELO before the match)

EDIT: about the 2/0, u didn't get points probably coz ur ELO was too high compared to your opponent, so leading 2/0 wasn't enough to earn new points...
You can even lose points when winning a match : for example, if u win 7/6 with a 2500 ELO against a 750 ELO u'd probably lose points, and your opponent will win some points...

P.S. hmmmm in this game really have much people who playns only 1game, and if he see that i play much bether, he give up and i dont gain ELO

please coreckt little game rules.... if loosing side give up than he lose ~10p ELO.....

What should the procedure be for when I am winning and someone pauses the game for a long time? Before, if i retired, i would lose a lot of points. Now, with the corrections, how should i go about this should this happen?

hmmm i lead 4/1 something go wrong to server, my opponent reconect and for that i lose ELo... strange...

and yes, i check my points before and after match.... and he dont have much worse rating(ELO) .....


P.S. system of appreciation ELO i not right.... to much bugs...

he have ~ 1500-1700 i dont remember corectly....

were u in the menus, or did u open the chat when the disconnection occurred ?
