TeMac 'bug', or at least oddity [shrink-buttons disappear]

Hey, anyone noticed this? When playing Tennis Elbow Mac fullscreen, after closing the game all applications lack the yellow shrink-button of their windows. restarting the app (incl. Finder) brings the button back. Weird, isn´t it?
