More of a PC Technical issue than TE bug, BUT still help..?

Yeah it's that "Display init Error -- Can't initialize display. Check your video driver version" message again. But just now I've realized that the error shows up every time I've opened and played the game once. The next time I start it up again, the error message pops up. It's usually fixed if I log out and log back into Windows -- but after opening the game once and exiting it; then if I try opening the game again, message appears. It's annoying because my PC is slow and I hate logging out and in again each time if I want to play again after I opened it once (per login). I'm not sure whats wrong, but does anyone have ideas on whats going on?
PS. Richou and/or Stajus, your unhelpful opinions will not be needed. Thanks.

Cheers.

Hello,

press Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up the task manager & check that Tennis Elbow isn't still running in the background (coz stuck on something) ; if yes, then kill it.
