Hi all,
I've installed and reinstalled the TE new version, and now my player appears all white!
It seems the textures are gone. How can I restore my player?

Hello,

if your player still uses modded outfit that you didn't re-installed, then this result is normal.
Else, post your "System.log" file.
You could also try to reconfigure your player in the outfit screen.

I have that problem too. yesterday I closed my game and I opened today and I have white players
I try to change the clothes but I don't work

you should post the System.log file once the game is closed.
Reinstalling the game should likely fix this problem, though.

I didn't mod anything.
I (successfully) managed to get "coloured" clothing for the player, but now what happens is this: the player's face is now totally black, and the body totally white!

Now, another thing: if I go to the training club, and start some training (doesn't matter what), the player appears with the skin tone (not white).
Going back to World Tour (where this happened in the first place) the player stays "coloured" (black face, though).

The skin color happens only in Training Club ?
If so, open Tennis.ini (or the .ini of your Profile if you create one), then locate this line, under [TrainingClub_p1_OutFit_Skin] :
Num = [Some Random Number?]
and change it to :
Num = 1

If it happens for your WT Player, then there's no easy fix...

The white skin color happens in WT mode, not in Training Club.
Is there any fix at all? Easy or not? Do I have to start all over?

Actually, I just thought about a easy fix :
- in your World Tour player's outfit configuration screen, click the "Copy Outfit Code" button
- in the Training Club, in a player's outfit configuration screen, click "Enter Outfit Code" button and press Ctrl+V
- set the skin color to what you want
- click the "Copy Outfit Code" button
- go back to your World Tour player's outfit configuration screen, and click "Enter Outfit Code" button and press Ctrl+V

Hi there,
I did what you said, and the player did appear with the right colour, but after I close and reopen the game, it stays the same.
Is there other way? Even if it's tricky or difficult, I'm up for it!

Oh, and in WT mode, there's no "change skin" button...

Try again, but once you got your Skin color back, go in match & check if it works or not.

And yup, unfortunately, Skin color doesn't change much in real life either...

Hum, that's strange, it works fine on my PC, either by existing game right away or going into a match, it's saved in both cases...
Are you sure you never installed any Mod..? Nor messed-up with the Male.ini ..?
