Sometimes when I click something the mouse registers multiple clicks, so when I choose something, it will then click on whatever option is in that position for the next few screens. I thought it might be my mouse, but this is the only application I've noticed it with and it happened on another computer with a different mouse.

it's normal... You have to click and release somewhat quickly, else it'll go on clicking... (the wait time between the 1st & 2nd click is 0.4 seconds)
