I just bought the game and installed it. As soon as I open the game I get a grey screen with the message: Tennis Elbow 2011 has stopped working, and the games closes after that.

How do I fix this problem?

Hello,

Joy 1: NbAxes = 0; NbButtons = 256; NbPovs = 0

I guess this is not a Joystick/Gamepad . Try to unplug it or disable it in Windows & see if it helps or not.

thanks for the reply.

so i am using a standard hp usb keyboard, not a joystick. I unplugged the keyboard, started the game, then replugged the keyboard, and the game works! If i have the keyboard plugged already and then i start the game, it will crash. i checked the windows device manager for the keyboard, and there are no conflicts and the driver is most up to date.

So I have a work around now, but I have to unplug the keyboard first every time i want to play the game. Any other suggestions?

I installed the patch and the problem is gone. The game starts fine with the keyboard plugged in now.
